Why do extraterrestrials come to the earth? Levels, degrees, dimensions. Mental levels, spiritual degrees, dimensions in nature - everything is in eternal progress until reaching that high step which takes you to the supreme kingdom of God. I am talking about superior beings from very evolved worlds in this galaxy and neighboring ones who live without the influences which cause harm. They visit the earth with a mission to fulfill and it is always for the benefit of the inhabitants of the Earth.
A lot of people do not know about them, other people reject them. Some people do not even notice, while others are simply not interested.

There are extraterrestrials that are true animals, others that belong to the vegetable kingdom, and others with a human-like forms yet they are indeed still animals. Yet others who are totally human and who have reached high levels of technological advancement, but they are morally and spiritually lagging behind. Some that love peace, others that are looking for war. In the vines of the lord there is a great diversity of beings. Let’s talk now about the ascended masters or the lords of radiance.

I have had the great fortune of having contact with four men, extraterrestrials that are one hundred percent human - though more like superhuman. Initially I received the announcement that human beings very similar to my lord, Jesus Christ, would contact me very soon. Then on July 3, 2005 at 8:37 a.m. this wonderful event took place.

First came a young extraterrestrial man (he seemed to be approx. 30 years old), more or less 1.75 meters tall (5’9"), blond with medium length wavy hair that radiated a golden mandarin colored light. All of him emanated this same color of light. He had a beard and a mustache, and his eyebrows and lashes were the same color. His clothing was a little strange but similar to something used on the Earth.

Other people who participate in a bioenergetics/contact group which meets regularly with Hector have also reported seeing these masters in person.]

 

He looked a lot like Jesus but his eyes were a little bit bigger and I could perceive a profound peace, happiness and harmony in them. He gave me his name, St. Germaine. There came another man very similar to him, then another, and another - they were four. Their names: Ramkar, Master Morya, and the great Hermes Trismegistus [3 times great].

Why did they come to the Earth? Do they come in their physical bodies? Or are they holograms? Their mission on the Earth is to help all the earthlings to wake up their consciousness, and help them to come out of the long sleep that has stopped their evolution. Of course they are not holograms, they come in their physical bodies. A lot of people of the Earth do not accept the reality of reincarnation, however, I will say it again, everything is an eternal birth and rebirth, until reaching the golden summit of the divine kingdom of the golden light where the Father resides eternally.

These four ascended masters; St. Germaine (he does not like to be referred to anymore as Count St. Germaine), Ramkar, Morya and Hermes Trismegistus, through very advanced techniques, have been able to survive in the physical bodies for hundreds or sometimes thousands of years.

Some of the clues of how they maintain their bodies are not to eat meat, no liquor or tobacco, and of course no drugs or addictions. Also not to live in polluted environments, not to live exposed to damaging radiation - for instance x-rays and ultrasound (which can cause downs syndrome and other cerebral damages).

More clues are not to lower the mental, psychic and moral levels. Not to harm anyone in any shape or form. At different times and in different countries they have shown up. They speak with very high levels of kindness and are extraordinarily intelligent.

How do they travel to the different worlds? Cosmic ships of energy. Ships of different shapes, predominantly the saucer shape made by alchemy with seven metals - gold, copper, and others melted at extremely low temperatures. They have been able to dominate this technique for thousands of years. Out of the cold you can obtain an extremely high temperature capable of melting all of the metals that exist in nature, and visa versa, out of the heat you can produce low temperatures, similar to the principle that is used in refrigerators on Earth.

These extraordinary beings know how to use the seven energies of the cosmos. With these energies they can transform the material of their ships into radiating energy movement, capable of going through dimensions of the cosmos and being able to travel in seconds through the vast distances between galaxies. In other words they can travel light years of distance in seconds.

While on the Earth there is the search for the fountain of eternal youth by many, but for the ascended masters they have achieved youthful eternity without the debts of the physical body. The scale of cosmic evolution tells us that the men of the Earth keep a life span of 70-80 years, but the superior men can live from 300-500 years, and the supermen can live thousands of years.In truth, if terrestrial man prepares himself, he could live a few hundred and perhaps a thousand years. Earlier I gave some clues on how to achieve this.

St. Germaine told me with a smile that if the people of the Earth rationally decide to use the seven energies of the cosmos that are radiating eternally from the great cosmic generator, and that come uninterrupted to the planet - that if the people take advantage of these same wonderful energies contained in their food, vegetables, fruits and water, they would be able to rapidly achieve the eternal youth without any need of drugs or vain promises.

Another clue; take the water from the hills or springs, clean and pure, without any pollutants, take it daily first thing in the morning before eating anything. Drink this big glass of water one day cold, the following day hot (but without boiling). By doing this we feed the physical body, our magnetic field, and our unified field. This is a way we can activate wonderful mechanisms inside ourselves that have been dormant for a long time.

Why so many signs in the sky? In the fields? What is it that they are trying to achieve? What is the reason for so many manifestations in our country of Mexico? Ramkar told me that in the 1970’s, in certain circles and in special places of this country, they were discussing the information that Mexico was going to be the country were a new civilization was going to be born. One in which spirituality and technology would prevail, and one which would be very similar to that which exists on superior planets of this and in other galaxies.

Some extraterrestrials have helped high elected officials of this country to combat corruption and malice, but still they have not been able to do much. Regardless, Mexico will prevail and this new civilization will extent throughout the Earth, because the galactic dawn is approaching and all of this has to change.

The whole of humanity was waiting for the birth of the new millennium with certain reservations. This was due to all the catastrophic processes that were circulating throughout the planet.

On June 21, 2005, fifty-five kilometers outside of the Earth’s atmosphere, three flying disks formed a triangle with one of its points facing up. From the middle of these points a capsule came out with a shiny, platinum color - without doors, windows, wings or a motor. It descended smoothly and entered directly into the crater of the volcano called Popcatepetl, and instantaneously the eruption stopped. Next the capsule went deeper and deeper inside and the whole volcano went into a calm state. Then one more capsule came out of the triangle, and then one more again. One went to Europe and the other to Asia and two more volcanoes were silenced in the same way.

Between August 3-15, 2005, the extraterrestrials prognosticated that an earthquake would tumble California, including the Baja Peninsula, into the sea. So this too was stopped in the same way. The ozone layer was very damaged in different zones of the earth and now some of these places have been rehabilitated. The extreme heat that we were experiencing throughout the country (of Mexico) has been diminished. This is the reason why so many of the catastrophic predictions have just become a joke.

[Editor’s note: The more spiritual consciousness raises on the planet, the more these benevolent extraterrestrials are allowed to help us avoid certain dangers. They serve the great cosmic plan and are guided themselves by great spiritual masters, and they all uphold balance and do not condone the interruption of free will. On the Earth we attract destructive earth changes if we continue to act out of fear, but when we chose love instead, our energies increase and we attract a smoother transition and outside assistance through this time of the ‘Galactic Dawn‘.]

Asteroids that many announced would crash against the Earth have been re-routed, and now they have disappeared back into space.

What is the reason for all of this? Our extraterrestrial friends tell us that The Father has a plan for all his creatures. With all these unexpected actions, its been demonstrated that God is not the vengeful and terrible Father that misinformation has led humanity to believe. The natural events will continue their course in the world and people have to understand that everything has to do with the supreme law of our celestial Father, from which everything is created - because not even the leaf of the tree moves without God’s will.

Who are these powerful intelligences capable of fixing the impossible? What means do they use? Who are they? Angels, extraterrestrials, the guardians. All of these and many more. My extraterrestrial friends tell me that God is to be thanked that they are here with you again - they have come to help all of humanity.

Mexico is currently a world hub for UFO sighting and reports of extraterrestrial contact cases. Internationally respected investigative reporter and Mexican TV personality Jaime Maussen has brought incredible video footage to conferences globally displaying UFO fleets flying over Mexico City regularly in broad daylight, and witnessed by thousands of people. Many Mexican newspapers print informative articles about this phenomena, often without denial, dismissal or a hostile attack upon the character of the witness or experiencer involved. For several reasons our southern border neighbor is much more open, honest and welcoming of the extraterrestrial presence, and the result is that its people are being educated and prepared in a beneficial way that the American people are being disallowed.

My own story is one of being a contactee with human extraterrestrials who have influenced my life in beautifully profound ways and pointed the direction long ago. I have had the great fortune and privilege to meet several other contactees from many countries who are sharing their stories, wisdom and messages from the benevolent human extraterrestrials. In this article I will put into print information given to me ( with the help of translator Monica Robles) by contactee Isabel de Santiago of Zacatecas. Mexico.

He and his friend, fellow contactee and co-founder of the Bioenergetics Healing Clinic in Jerez, Hector Palacios, have been in physical contact with human extraterrestrial beings since the 1970's. Isabel says that he was contacted first by extraterrestrials and told that his mission was to find Hector. Their clinic was founded after Hector was subsequently taken upon an extraterrestrial craft and brought to the moon of Jupiter named Ganymede. Here he was shown advanced healing techniques by his extraterrestrial hosts to share with people back on Earth. Isabel has been instructed in healing by this same extraterrestrial group and now they both teach these techniques to others and offer their healing services to the general public.

In an article entitled, 'Why Extraterrestrials Visit the Earth', Hector Palacios discusses some of the extraterrestrials and spiritual masters that he and Isabel interact with regularly. I will not repeat the length of that information here, but simply explain that these human extraterrestrials come from local planets within our own solar system as well as from the constellation of the Pleiades and several other galaxies. This group is also comprised of beings that the metaphysical community terms ascended masters, who Russian mystic Madam Blavatsky in the late 1800's brought to the public attention. Isabel makes the point clearly that he and Hector only share information given to them directly by this group of human extraterrestrials or from Jesus Christ himself.

With the mention of Jesus Christ some readers may assume that Isabel and Hector staunchly follow the catholic faith like so many of their fellow countrymen, however, they both have stated that they are spiritual and not religiously oriented and that there is a big difference. In fact Isabel says that religion on our planet is too materialized and filled with dogma and lies. The catholic church knows the truth of the cosmos but they are not sharing this information However, despite corrupt things the catholic church does, he still thinks it is good to go to their mass because the catholic ceremonies themselves are embedded with some very real cosmic knowledge.

Ascended masters, according to Isabel, are physically here on Earth and they have very advanced ships that are able to transverse the frequencies with their bodies. Further, even Jesus Christ walks amongst us in a physical body and has been doing so since 1776 in human form. Both Mexican contactees state that they physically have meeting with these extraterrestrial masters including with Jesus Christ, who stands 1.8 meters tall (5'10") and who looks like the picture shown.

Isabel says that the extraterrestrials are not important however. This seems an odd statement but he explained that what is most important on Earth right now is raising spiritual consciousness. This directly affects the earth changes happening on the planet at this time. Also the top priority is to have communications with Christ and to ask the creator for peace and compassion on the planet.

On March 7, 2000, the Earth changed its vibration and entered the beginning stage of the 4th dimension. Prior to this date the planet was holding a frequency of 8 cycles per second. Isabel explains that today we are vibrating at 12 cycles per second, which makes the planet fully 4th dimensional, however, there is a problem with this because humans are vibrating at different levels between 8 and 12 cycles per second. In fact, most are still vibrating at a 3rd dimensional frequency and because of this imbalance, by 2012 lots of catastrophes can happen to take out those people still vibrating at 8 cycles per second.

But there is much more to this picture. Earth changes are not occurring just on the planet but within the whole galaxy. These extraterrestrials have told Isabel that as we rise to a 4th dimensional frequency, they also rise to the 5th. Everything in the entire galaxy will advance in frequency and this whole wonderful process is called by them the 'Galactic Dawn'. The reason why it is a traumatic shift for us, instead of a harmonious one, is because of all our planetary imbalances which creates havoc as forces pull in discordant directions.

How can you tell if you yourself are vibrating at a rate of 8 or 12? Isabel says that those living a life of love and compassion are vibrating higher, it is this simple. Better awaits us and according to these extraterrestrials, after our cycle of Earth changes happens, there will be no more religion or money, and people will only have to work 4 hours a day because there will be lots of study to be done. This will be satisfying study though, for Isabel means that we all will be learning many improved ways of doing things from our extraterrestrial neighbors.

For the time being, extraterrestrials are going to become a more and more popular subject, and Isabel says that this will bring out many false prophets. It is the proverbial "fox covered in the skin of the sheep" and we need to all be discerning on the path ahead.

By consensus our Earth is by far the most beautiful planet in our solar system because of its diversity of life. Other planets and moons have been altered to accommodate life, but some have quite challenging conditions. Still others are more hospitable but not as rich in forms and landscapes. We definitely have a jewel to not only be proud of but to treasure with much care.

Isabel next went on to talk of Hector and to illuminate some of his friend¹s history with the extraterrestrials within our solar system. He was told that thirty thousand years ago Hector was incarnated on the yellow planet which now no longer exists. It resided in orbit between Mars and Jupiter and at this time some inhabitants knew that the planet was going to be destroyed because a war was taking place and attracting very destructive energies. In preparation for this destruction and mass evacuation, Ganymede, the moon of Jupiter, was chosen to be the new home. Hector was one of the people at that time who helped to co-create a suitable atmosphere on that moon, and this was done by natural means without using technology.

So why was Hector chosen to be a contactee in this lifetime? Or why Isabel or anyone who has such remarkable experiences. Isabel answers that those who are contactee are often continuing work from other lives and he adds that what the father (creator) gives you he never takes away.

A tip from our human extraterrestrial neighbors to greatly slow down the aging process is to not eat or drink anything after 6 p.m. They say that aging in the body occurs during the evening/night cycle of a day and that even drinking water at night activates this process. The only thing they recommend we should avoid eating is red meat, coffee and chocolate. Otherwise they suggest eating well during the day (of course not over eating) and having whatever we desire.

For those people who are involved with any kind of healing work, Isabel reminds healers to always ask a person if he/she wants a healing once they are in front of you. Then to ask if they are 'ready to let it go' of that which they desire a healing on. Most important, he says is to remember that only God does the healing, not the healer. This will bring an alignment and balance to all healing work.

For manifesting what you desire in life, Isabel says that you should not hesitate to repeat your request over and over again. He also adds that the Psalms are very powerful tools for manifestation. Psalm 35 is potent to achieve the success of any project, Psalm 72 for abundance, and Psalm 10 for protection. And further he states not to worry because the law of affinity, 'like attracts like', helps you to pull into your life the right things.

A few general points were made about our solar system. One is that the moon has water on it. Another is that on Venus, these 4th and 5th dimensional human beings are advanced to the degree that they are able to choose their body characteristics, including height. Isabel said most chose to be short, about 1.5 meters tall, and thus they look like a group of kids when they are standing together. However, some chose to be tall or what we would consider very tall as well.

Mars has an atmosphere that we can breath, but it is extremely low to the ground unlike our own. Also Mars has one city on the surface that is not very large and it has been seen by our cameras. This city is named Tanio.

Another extraterrestrial group was also mentioned, the Greys. These beings have agreements with the government, but Isabel considers them only highly intelligent animals who want to create a body to cross-breed with the humans. They have been unsuccessful with the hybrids to date, and Isabel further adds that they will not succeed with this ill-intentioned plan.

Finally, Isabel wanted to bring the period of December 20 ­ 26, 2005, to our attention because he says that there will be an alignment of planets and stars at this time which will bring a vast amount of energy to Earth. People should be very mindful of their bodies during this time, and he especially advises the elderly to not eat red meat during this week, to limit their activities and have a lot of rest, and to not overeat for the holiday. This is actually advice that everyone can follow to help their bodies deal with this influx of energy.

Because of all of the political turmoil right now in the U.S., this area could be more powerfully affected and so people can help mitigate this with their good prayers and actions.

Isabel shares that humanity and the Earth has a lot of loving assistance, but it is up to us to change the harmful practices and actions of our world. The more we elevate our individual and collective spiritual awareness, the more we balance the chaotic forces which cause disastrous Earth changes.

Hector Palacios mentioned in his article, 'Why the Extraterrestrials Visit Earth', that California was in extreme danger of a seismic catastrophe in August of this year, yet enough positive change had been created upon the planet that a divine reprieve was given which allowed the neighboring extraterrestrials to use their technologies to stop this event. Yet in the end it was not them, it was us who stopped this event by raising our collective energy pattern. This is the best of news if we all continue to work untiringly toward this goal of peace on Earth.

And in case you were wondering, Isabel says that the angels reside in the 7th dimension and of course follow the divine will.
